Meetings

On behalf of myself, and the SCC (School Community Council) I’d like to welcome everyone back to another school year.

Our meetings this year will be in the old kindergarten room at the 6th Ave entrance. Childcare is offered in our school gym. Please email Mme King of you would like to use the childcare: [email protected]

Our following meetings: All meetings are at 4pm.

October - No meeting due to cross-country meets

November 5th

December 3rd

January 7th

No February Meeting due to French Immersion week 

March 4th

April 1st

May 6th

NO June Meeting

I’d like to take this opportunity to invite all parents, and especially new families to the school, to attend our SCC meetings.  Please email Mme King if you can attend: [email protected]

Some of the things our SCC is responsible for are:

– social events (dances, bbq’s, etc)

– fundraising

– staff appreciation

– playground upgrading

– hot lunches and treat days

If you would like to get involved with your child(ren)'s school, we would love to have you. No minimum time requirements. We know everyone is busy and appreciate any ideas, time and talent or knowledge you can bring to the table.
